The Advancement Department at Hawthorne Christian Academy initiates a variety of events and programs
which support The Academy’s mission. Nurturing young people to spiritual maturity in Christ Jesus begins
with vital relationships –– relationships between students, alumni, families, staff, churches and communities
in our local area and beyond. As Christ has called us to love one another, the hallmark of our Christ-centered school is best demonstrated in the strong relationships we build and nurture each day.

As our relationships grow, The Academy’s reputation as a caring Christian community will blossom even more. While we have written mission and vision statements, we are known best by the actions of everyone affiliated with HCA; the real life “Ambassadors of the Academy.” Proverbs 22:1 tells us that: A good name is more desirable than great riches; to be esteemed is better than silver or gold.

During this, our Twenty-Fifth Anniversary school year, we celebrate God’s faithfulness! The Lord has
blessed us with many who have been praying for the children, parents and teachers of The Academy ––
and we are so grateful for each one. We thank one and all who have cheerfully given their time, talent,
enthusiasm and treasure in support of our school.
